Your responsibilities

• Make individual assessments of habilitation and rehabilitation needs related to mobility and physical function
• Initiate and follow up on actions based on assessments
• Conduct targeted and time-limited interventions based on the individual's resources and needs
• Work to improve or maintain functional ability, as well as compensate for impairments
• Prescribe and trial assistive devices
• Guide and instruct care staff on rehabilitative approaches and how they can support users to have a more physically active daily life
• Guide and instruct care staff on transfers and assistive devices

Please note: Pets may be present in the workplace.

About you

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist, preferably with experience in municipal operations and disability care. A valid driver's license is required, as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

You have good initiative, are innovative, and work independently while enjoying collaboration with others. You have a respectful and attentive demeanor and actively contribute to good communication and cooperation with different professional groups and stakeholders. Personal suitability is highly valued.
