A Summer Job to Remember - Holmsund

The summer recruitment is underway and we are now looking for you who want to work in our home care team in Holmsund. We are looking for someone who is positive, has their heart in the right place, and enjoys taking responsibility. Lacking experience? We will solve that together. Qualifications

• Swedish
• Driver's license (B) when you start your employment.

Scope and Start

You want to work at least 75% during the period from June 15 to August 16 (weeks 25-33), longer periods are also available. There is a possibility of continued employment after the summer for the right person.

The work is scheduled for daytime, evening, and every other weekend. Training and onboarding will start in conjunction with the agreed start date. Please submit your application as soon as possible, we fill positions as we find the right people.

What Does the Job Entail?

The days are varied with a great opportunity to contribute to people's quality of life. You support, assist with practical matters, and provide service based on the customer's needs and wishes. The most important thing is that you enjoy building relationships and are good with people.

What Background Do I Need?

For some, this may be a good chance to get a first summer job and gain experience alongside studies, while for others it may be about the opportunity for a long-term position. There is no right answer – we recruit people who have a solution-focused mindset, empathetic values, and want to do their best for our customers.

So Does It Matter If I Have Relevant Experience?

Yes, of course, we see it as a positive if you have worked in care and done it well! Education as a nursing assistant or equivalent is also meritorious but not a requirement.
