You should be a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent competence that the employer considers to be comparable. Previous experience and knowledge from working in elderly care, home care, and caring for people with dementia or mental health issues is an advantage.

You should have a positive attitude, be flexible, and be able to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team. You should be responsive to customers' wishes and needs and be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure everyday life for our customers.

Engaged, solution-focused, having a sense of responsibility, and the ability to think innovatively are some of the qualities that are highly valued.

We primarily work in the Nynäshamn urban area, where our office is located and from which we operate. Working hours vary; we have customers with services from morning to evening, on weekends as well as weekdays, which means our working hours are accordingly.

We work based on assessed needs and provide care and service interventions in customers' homes.

You should have previous experience and knowledge in elderly care, dementia, and/or mental health. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are an experienced computer user. A B driver's license is desirable, and you should also be able to cycle. Knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox is an advantage. Personal suitability is of great importance.
