We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a substitute and can step in at short notice.

The temporary employment may later lead to a permanent position. You should be a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent competence that the employer considers to be comparable. It is an advantage if you have previous experience and knowledge from working in elderly care, home care, and care for people with dementia or mental health issues.

You should have a positive attitude, be flexible, and be able to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team. You should be attentive to customers' wishes and needs and be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure everyday life for our customers.

Engaged, solution-focused, responsible, and able to think outside the box are some of the qualities that are highly valued.

We primarily work in the Nynäshamn urban area, where our office is located and from which we operate. Working hours vary; we have customers with needs from morning to evening, on holidays as well as weekdays, which means that our working hours are accordingly.

We work based on assessed assistance decisions and provide care and service interventions in customers' homes.

You should have previous experience and knowledge in elderly care, dementia, and/or mental health. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are an experienced computer user. A B driver's license is desirable, and you should also be able to cycle. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
