Information about the position
Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Granitor, is looking for a Service Engineer in property automation. The position is a direct recruitment, meaning that the recruitment process is conducted by Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Granitor.

Job Responsibilities
As a Service Engineer at Granitor, you will work operationally with service, troubleshooting, and technical assignments at customer sites. You will independently calculate jobs, develop solutions, and drive your projects from start to finish. Your expertise makes you a key player in the team where you are happy to share your experience and knowledge.
Examples of job responsibilities
• Perform service, optimization, and troubleshooting in property automation.
• Assess customer needs on-site and propose technical solutions.
• Calculate assignments and drive them forward independently or together with colleagues.
• Support technicians in more advanced issues and contribute to the department's skills development.
• Be a representative for Granitor locally and maintain customer relationships.
• Design and program smaller control systems for ventilation, heating, cooling, and lighting, as well as integrations with other types of systems.
• Contribute to the development of smart buildings with a focus on IoT, digitization, and energy efficiency.
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience in property automation.
· Has good knowledge of common control systems.
· Communicates fluently in Swedish.
· Holds a B driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have an established network in the region or experience in supporting junior colleagues. But the most important thing is that you are curious, responsible, and enjoy a role where you meet customers in everyday life.
