About the Position

As a nursing assistant and care aide in home care, you work closely with people who need care and support in their own homes.

We work to provide approved assistance for individuals in ordinary housing. All services we provide should be characterized by respect for the individual's integrity, self-determination, and participation.

The work is varied, and you work both independently and together with colleagues. The job requires a strong commitment and that you actively participate in developing and improving the operations. Working hours are scheduled for both day (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and evening (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM).

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Personal care and support during meals
• Social interaction and walks
• Delegated health and medical tasks from nurses/rehabilitation
• Documentation in our journal systems

About You

For this position, you need:

• Basic digital competence
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Ability to cycle

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Trained nursing assistant with protected professional title
• Experience in similar work with varied tasks
• Driving license B

As you replace regular staff, we see that you are self-sufficient and can ask for help when you need it. We expect you to have good teamwork skills as the team consists of various professions and personalities. In challenging situations, you remain calm, stable, and controlled while focusing on the right things.
