About the position

The work includes tasks such as caregiver/nursing assistant at Blidösundsgården, located on the beautiful archipelago island of Blidö. In the unit, you will work with residents. Shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and we also need you who can work nights. We are looking for substitutes during the period of June-July-August on a part-time/full-time basis. We offer an introductory training and work clothes.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Care
• Social activities
• Cleaning and laundry
• Some cooking

About you

For this position, you need:

• Experience in elderly care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Driver's license

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Education as a nursing assistant or similar

As you will be replacing regular staff, we see that you are self-sufficient and can ask for help when needed. We expect you to have good collaboration skills as the team consists of various professions and personalities. In challenging situations, you remain calm, stable, and controlled while focusing on the right things.
