As our regular staff take their well-deserved summer vacation, we are looking for temporary nurses for Home Healthcare in Rimbo, Tiohundra.

About the Position

As a nurse with us, you will perform health and medical care tasks for patients in their own homes.

Your main responsibilities will include being responsible for our patients' health and medical care needs up to the level of a registered nurse. In this role, you will make assessments based on the current health status and follow up on medical treatment and nursing interventions. Part of the role involves documenting and ensuring information transfer for the individual. You will lead the nursing work and support patients towards a meaningful everyday life.

You will work closely with colleagues, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, doctors at the health center, and other care staff.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse. Since the work as a nurse is independent, you need to be confident in your profession, take responsibility, and have a reflective approach. Experience in elderly care is an advantage.

As a significant part of the job involves mentoring nursing staff, it is important that you enjoy conveying instructions to others in a pedagogical manner. You have good communication skills and can adapt your information according to the situation and the patient's needs.

You are adaptable and can adjust your working methods based on changing conditions and new information, seeing opportunities in changes. Since you will meet many different types of people, it is essential that you can collaborate easily and always prioritize the patient.
