We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals.

We provide the absolute best service and have great respect for our customers and their needs and wishes.

We offer care and service to our customers through assistance decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we work together to create a safe service that is tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with a fixed care contact to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way.

We have relatively small workgroups on both Blidö and Rådmansö, which ensures good continuity for our customers.

We primarily use cars in our units, but bicycles may also be used.

We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 1400 employees, including nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners.

We have special competence in dementia and actively work with training in Star Marked dementia.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

You will work to provide customers with the help they are entitled to according to assistance decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of job tasks include:

• Personal hygiene – assistance with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care.
• Meal support – assistance with preparation, serving, and sometimes feeding.
• Supervision & companionship – creating security and contributing to the customer's social context.
• Dressing & undressing – practical support with changing clothes.
• Home support – for example, laundry, cleaning, and other daily chores.
• Emergency alarms – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have raised an alarm. We operate on behalf of K-son in Norrtälje municipality, handling emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00.

Who are you? Are you the one we are looking for?

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education (meritorious) – you are trained and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and can document professionally.
• B driver's license -a requirement for our units Blidö-Rådmansö – you are a safe driver and accustomed to navigating traffic.
• Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressured situations with calmness and determination.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic & attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.
• Flexible & solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same.
• Meticulous & responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work.
• Digital skills – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.

Employment: Hourly employment with RAM agreement

Workplace: Allegio Blidö and Allegio Rådmansö.

Interviews are conducted continuously, with start date according to agreement but as soon as possible.
