DEPARTMENT OF CARE

The Department of Care is responsible for services to the elderly, sick, and disabled. A large part of the care services in the municipality is performed by private companies according to LOU or LOV, and regulated by agreements. The services operated by the municipality are gathered in one department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Home Care

Home care is divided into seven districts, each with a nursing-responsible nurse. We work closely with the rehabilitation unit and the nursing staff at our customer choice providers. In addition, we also have an LSS nurse and a nurse in our home team.

We are looking for a licensed nurse for a temporary position who will work as a resource in our districts. The work is varied and includes both planned and urgent interventions in patients' homes. You will make clinical assessments, provide support via phone, and guide nursing staff. In close collaboration with home care and the rehabilitation unit, you will plan your workday and receive an educational and varied job where you make a difference every day.

As a resource nurse with us, you need to be prepared to cover periods in individual districts. This is important for us to ensure patient-safe and close care with good continuity.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse, confident in your professional role, responsible, and committed to creating good and safe care. You have a professional demeanor, good empathetic ability, and contribute to a positive work environment. You are structured, reliable, and experienced in guiding and delegating.

Requirements:

• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license B and cycling experience

Experience in municipal home care is an advantage but not a requirement.
