Vårdcentralen Vilan has approximately 6,900 registered patients. Here, a close-knit team works with a focus on accessibility based on the patient's needs. Teamwork is a guiding principle, and we see ourselves as important members of the team. We have a medical clinic, district nurse clinic with services such as diabetes care, asthma/COPD care, elderly care clinic, and child health center (BVC). Our sampling department has nursing assistants who handle both internal and external sampling. Additionally, we offer advice and support to nursing homes and municipal home care. We also have access to well-developed rehabilitation services with physiotherapy, dietitian, counselor, and occupational therapist. In total, we are about 30 employees at the health center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As one of our physiotherapists is going on parental leave, we are now looking for a new colleague.

As a physiotherapist with us, you are often the patient's first contact with healthcare. Patients of all ages with various diagnoses come to physiotherapy, such as injuries to the musculoskeletal system, neurological conditions, and psychosomatic issues. Your task is to meet the patient's needs through examination, treatment, and prevention. We work evidence-based according to the physiotherapy process.

Treatment and preventive measures are carried out at both the individual and group levels. We offer group therapy, including osteoarthritis school and warm water pool training.

As a physiotherapist, you contribute to the patient's well-being and the development of the organization through collaboration with various healthcare providers, both internally and externally. As you will be one of three physiotherapists with us, there is an opportunity for continuous support and collegial supervision.

The health center has a humble working approach that creates great security for each employee and the opportunity for the best care for our patients. We work structured in teams and have scheduled Q&A sessions, which create good opportunities to receive support in everyday questions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physiotherapist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are required.
