At Norlandia Elderly Care, we are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or caregiver and want to work full-time/part-time during all or part of the summer of 2026 at Sannagården and/or Vidhöge elderly homes in Tvååker and Veddige respectively. Support the elderly living in our facilities with hygiene, cleaning, medication, activities, etc. Cooking may also occur, so if you enjoy it, that is a plus.

As a person, you need to be calm, flexible, have a good attitude, and enjoy working in a team while wanting to go the extra mile for the elderly to enhance their daily lives.

Sannagården: located in Tvååker and has 30 apartments for the elderly distributed over four departments, of which three are somatic and one is for people with dementia.

Vidhöge: Located in Veddige with 20 apartments distributed over two departments. At Vidhöge, there are only somatically ill elderly.

As a summer temp at Norlandia, you will have access to Cappy – an app that keeps you updated on working hours and salary in real-time. You can see preliminary salary and how extra shifts affect your pay, can withdraw up to 50% of earned salary if needed (hourly employees; 29 SEK/withdrawal, no credit/interest), and have access to training in personal finance.

We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We prefer that you enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. Additionally, you should easily collaborate with others and have a good ability to adapt your communication based on the recipient.

• We are primarily looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or caregiver.

• Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

• We prefer that you have good computer skills and system knowledge.

Employment type: Summer temp

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2026

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
