Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to work as an operator in a future-oriented industry producing “green” dairy products in Karlshamn.

Your tasks will include operating and monitoring machines together with your colleagues.

Preparation, production, and post-production work regarding the products we manufacture are at the heart of the job.

Since much of the work is digital, it is a requirement that you are familiar with working in various programs and systems, both within machines and computers.

As you will be working in food production, attention to detail, knowledge, and interest in hygiene are essential.

You will receive necessary hygiene training on-site.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school education, preferably with a technical focus.

Previous experience in food production and prior work as a process operator is an advantage.

Forklift license is a plus.

The job requires strong communication skills, which necessitates good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, meticulous, and responsible. You are responsive to processes and your colleagues and are a humble team player.

The work is conducted on a 3-shift basis with a 38-hour workweek, including days, evenings, and nights.
