The Role of the Nurse

We now offer a unique combined position where you are employed by Bra Liv Sävsjö Health Center and work 50% at the health center and the remaining 50% at Sävsjö municipality. Since this is a new position, you will have an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop the role based on the needs of the organization and your own skills.

In Municipal Health and Home Care, you will work only during the day, focusing on patients with cognitive impairment, where continuity, a holistic view, and collaboration are central components.

At the health center, we offer a varied and stimulating job that includes telephone counseling and outpatient work. We value your knowledge and preferences. Day, evening, and weekend shifts may occur at our urgent care clinic located at Höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö.

The health center has approximately 11,500 registered patients, 55 employees, and is part of Bra Liv Health Centers. Your Profile

We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to further develop and strengthen the collaboration between the health center and the municipality. It is advantageous if you have previously worked as a dementia nurse or elderly care nurse. We view prior experience in primary care or work within the municipality positively.

You have a genuine interest in people and put the patient first. We expect you to contribute your skills and a positive attitude to provide the best possible care for the patient alongside your colleagues. You thrive in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a positive work environment as you have initiative, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility.
