About Wetterhälsan

Wetterhälsan provides primary care in the Jönköping region with a focus on continuity, accessibility, and a professional approach. We are characterized by a positive atmosphere, high service willingness, and a work environment where we value each other and our competencies.

We are physician-owned and physician-led, operating in a small organization where decision-making paths are short, and ideas quickly lead to decisions and actions.

As a district physician in general medicine, you will be part of a team with around 20 physician colleagues. You will work with the full breadth of general medical assignments, with particular emphasis on continuity, good accessibility, and a language that promotes health. We expect your creativity and team spirit, as well as your willingness to contribute and uplift your colleagues.

The organization is characterized by a strong focus on education, with a dedicated study director who reports directly to the operations manager and drives the continuing education structure for medical students, AT/BT, and ST, as well as supporting supervisors and managers.

· Scope: Full-time with the possibility to determine your own scope down to 60%.

· Development: Supervision, structured continuing education, opportunities for improvement projects, and participation in the development of our primary care model.

· Wetterhälsan is covered by a collective agreement through Vårdföretagarna/Almega and applies a transparent salary process free from discriminatory factors.
