The Role of Nurse

We are looking for a licensed nurse with 1-2 years of experience or more in surgical or orthopedic care for the day surgery unit, which works with pre- and postoperative care as well as anesthesia reception. Relevant specialist training is an advantage. The position is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday day/evening with a weekly working time of 40 hours and a degree of employment according to agreement.

This is What You Will Work With

Your tasks include pre- and postoperative care before and after performed surgeries. You will have an independent job with great influence and high participation in the team around the patient. The work involves coordination and planning to promote an optimal surgical flow. The goal is for patients to receive optimal care and treatment so that the experience is as good as possible. Other tasks that occur include assisting other clinics and being part of the staffing of the recovery department as needed.

Your Profile

As a person, you find it easy to collaborate and can adapt to changing circumstances. It is a varied job with high demands for flexibility and initiative. Good treatment is required, and you should be calm and accommodating in a way that is adapted to the situation. You should have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
