Personal Assistant for 38-Year-Old Man with Autism

We are looking for a calm, attentive, and secure person to assist a 38-year-old man with autism. The client is very anxious, so clear and honest communication is essential.

As a personal assistant, you will support the client in his daily life and compensate for his disability. You will assist with showering, hygiene, cooking, and ensuring that the client gets out for walks.

You are positive, caring, and have a calm and gentle demeanor. You are attentive to the client's needs and can adapt to his daily condition. You work together with the client but can also be self-sufficient and take your own initiatives when necessary.

For this position, we only consider female applicants.

To ensure effective communication with the client and colleagues, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We prefer applicants aged between 25 and 40, but personal chemistry is what matters most.

The position includes day, evening, and awake night shifts.
