We have a total of 6 departments and day care, providing both dementia and somatic care.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with experience in elderly care.

All positions at Ljung's nursing home aim to provide safe, secure, and individualized care around the clock.

The care is based on the individual’s specific needs and wishes.

The content of the positions includes: personal care, delegation, social support and activation, documentation, collaboration with relatives, cleaning.

All our customers should feel safe, have continuity, experience meaningfulness and participation in everyday life, and have their needs met with good quality, dignity, and respect.

We are looking for someone with experience in care work, but it is an advantage if you have a nursing assistant education.

Qualifications.

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

• Delegation

• Experience in documentation

• Experience in elderly care

• Working with digital tools

You enjoy providing good service, building great relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual's needs.
