ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a staff member for Södermalm's home care service.

At Södermalm's home care service, we work with people who need support, care, and assistance in their own homes, both in rural and urban areas. Our work is to make a difference for those living in their own homes, ensuring their quality of life is as good as possible and that they can stay at home for as long as possible.

Your tasks include performing care and support interventions in the individual's home. This means helping people with personal hygiene, light cooking, serving meals, cleaning, laundry, social interaction, outdoor activities, and escorting to various places. Your responsibilities also include taking charge of different areas of responsibility and performing documentation via computer. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has other care training, or equivalent experience deemed relevant by the employer. Experience in care and assistance is considered an asset. Since the job requires traveling by car, you must have a valid driver's license (B) and driving experience.

You are passionate about helping others and enjoy supporting individuals to lead meaningful lives. As staff in home care, you need to be able to work independently under your own responsibility while seeing the workgroup as an asset and being able to collaborate easily with others.
