We are now looking for someone with experience in inside sales, administration, back office, and/or other related tasks. The position is a temporary role that runs indefinitely and is suitable for those who thrive in a service-oriented and administrative role with customer contact.
Information about the Position
Professionals Nord is seeking an Inside Sales / Backoffice Employee on behalf of our client. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client for as long as the need exists.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will handle incoming orders via email and phone, as well as be responsible for ongoing administration related to the order flow. Work will be conducted in ERP systems and Microsoft software.
The position is flexible, and there is an opportunity to work both from the office and remotely. Onboarding may take place at a different office than the designated location.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in similar tasks within inside sales, administration, or back office
- Is flexible and able to start immediately
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
- Is driven by upselling and providing advice to customers
- Thrives in a structured and administrative role with many points of contact
