We are looking for a leisure teacher for Gyttorp School

Gyttorp School is an F-6 school with 127 students. The school is part of the principal area 1 in Nora Municipality. The principal area also includes Lärkesskolan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement meaningful and fun activities for the children based on their needs and interests.
• Promote integration and inclusion by creating a meeting place where different personalities, needs, backgrounds, and cultures are respected and valued.
• Collaborate with other staff at the leisure center and school staff to ensure a holistic view of each student's development and needs.
• Maintain close cooperation with guardians to create good communication and engagement in the children's leisure activities.
• Develop and implement educational methods and activities that promote children's creativity, social skills, and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for a permanent position, it is required that you have the qualifications to teach as a leisure teacher. Those who lack the specified qualifications but have previous work experience/education deemed relevant by the employer may apply for the position but will not be offered a permanent position.

You who apply have knowledge of the governing documents in Lgr22 and base your planning on these.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in leisure center activities.

As a person, you are responsible, attentive, and have the ability to see each student's individual needs and conditions, as well as the ability to inspire and engage. You maintain close cooperation with guardians to create good relationships.

The job requires flexibility and the ability to plan and prioritize your tasks. You need to be solution-oriented and able to solve problems in situations that arise. You enjoy being part of a team, where you see yourself as an important part of the collaboration within the work team with other staff at the leisure center and school staff to ensure a holistic view of each student's development and needs.
