Description

We are looking for a teacher for a short-term substitute position of about one (1) month, with the possibility of extension and a working percentage of 80%.

We are also looking for substitute teachers who can cover for regular staff absences as SFI teachers.

With us, you will work closely with the team while also independently leading and conducting the teaching.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a genuine interest in language learning and pedagogy
• Is flexible and enjoys quickly adapting to new situations
• Has a positive view of students and the ability to see each individual's potential
• Can easily collaborate with others but also has the ability to work independently

You have the ability to create good relationships with both students and colleagues. We expect you to see each student from a holistic perspective and approach the assignment with a positive view of students.

Responsibilities

• Substitute for Swedish for immigrants during the absence of the regular teacher
• Plan and conduct teaching in various SFI courses
• Collaborate with other teachers on planning, teaching, and follow-up
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

Qualifications

• Teaching certification with authorization in SFI
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for teaching
• Good collaboration skills and a professional approach
