Edö care and nursing home is beautifully situated by Lake Magelungen in Farsta strand, just a few minutes' walk from the subway and commuter trains.

The care and nursing home currently consists of 107 places, of which 8 departments are for people with dementia and 4 departments are somatic-oriented. In 2019, the operation was awarded the Star Mark.

Your role

• Provide good and safe care to people with dementia
• Support residents in personal care, meals, and activities
• Work according to the implementation plan and applicable routines
• Document according to SoL and HSL
• Collaborate with colleagues, nurses, and relatives
• Contribute to a calm, respectful, and safe environment for the residents

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title
• Has experience in elderly care, preferably dementia care
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has basic documentation skills
• Has good collaborative skills and a professional approach
