Reliability Engineer Electrical and Instrumentation

We are now seeking a solution-focused Reliability Engineer for our plant in Sandarne, Sweden.

Sandarne is located outside Söderhamn, on the coast in central Sweden. Our plant is part of Kraton Pine Chemical within the area of tall oil-based specialty chemicals with biorefineries in Europe and the USA, as well as sales units around the world. Our products from renewable raw materials from the forest are manufactured without compromise and contribute to a sustainable future for generations to come, enabling our customers to produce everyday and environmentally friendly end products. We contribute to a cleaner, brighter, and safer environment. Sandarne is Kraton Pine Chemical's largest facility in Europe with approximately 115 employees.

About the position

In the role of Reliability Engineer E & I, your main task is to develop and optimize the reliability of our electrical and industrial systems. You will be part of our maintenance department and work closely with production, project, and engineering departments. Together, you will ensure that the maintenance operations contribute to optimal reliability and maintenance efficiency through long-term strategic work.

Examples of tasks:

-Responsible for strategic maintenance within Electrical and Instrumentation

-Conduct root cause analyses and improvement projects

-Develop preventive maintenance programs and spare parts strategies

-Support troubleshooting and complex operational disturbances

-Participate in and lead investment projects and contribute with expert knowledge

About you

We are looking for someone who has drive and commitment and can work independently. You are structured and analytical with the ability to drive improvement work forward. You find it easy to collaborate and communicate with different functions in the workplace. Furthermore, you actively contribute to a pleasant and safe work environment.

To succeed in the role of Reliability Engineer Electrical and Instrumentation, we believe you have:

-Relevant technical engineering education (electrical, automation, instrumentation) or an equivalent education assessed by us.

-Experience in industrial operations and maintenance

-Experience with SAP systems and/or in process industry is an advantage

-Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.
