About the position

We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Vadstena. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute on an as-needed basis.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:30 AM - 02:30 PM
• 04:30 PM - 09:30 PM

These hours apply to both weekdays and weekends.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a woman in her 50s who needs your help as an assistant in her daily life due to MS. She describes how each individual day looks and carries out a training program from her physiotherapist daily, which you as an assistant will support. Our client uses aids such as a wheelchair, shower chair, and turner.

The tasks are as follows:

• Support with cooking
• Assistance with transfers
• Help with dressing and personal hygiene
• Support with daily routines, e.g., training

Are you the one we are looking for?

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can put others' needs at the center. As a person, you are empathetic, attentive, engaged, and secure. As an assistant, you need to be able to work effectively and gently as the client's illness often makes her tired.

Requirements:

• Non-smoker
• Very good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing

Merits:

• Driver's license (B)
• Access to a car
• Previous care experience

 Employment level: 1 substitute as needed

Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. 

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
