Assistant Nurse Primary Care/Health Center

Are you an assistant nurse looking to work in a cutting-edge facility? You have come to the right place.

We have openings at our rural health centers in Slite and Hemse, located in the northern and southern parts of the island, respectively. During the summer period, we also provide tourist care at our health centers.

Our work is characterized by trust, participation, and care for each other and our patients!

Your Responsibilities

At the health center, you will work as an assistant nurse performing sample collection, assisting in the nurse's clinic where you will carry out dressings, blood pressure checks, suture removals, EKGs, etc. You will also assist our doctors with minor surgeries and examinations.

You will work closely with other professionals at the health center.

Who Are You?

We expect you to have a three-year high school education, preferably from the nursing program with a focus on health and medical care, along with a few years of work experience in sample collection and handling. Experience from working at a rural health center is an advantage.

We place great importance on personal suitability and value good collaboration skills, flexibility, responsibility, and being structured.

Swedish language skills equivalent to C1 are required.

Before a hiring decision is made, a background check will be conducted through an extract from the criminal record.
