About the Position
As a helpdesk technician, you will be an important part of a smaller IT team with close contact with users. The role is broad, practical, and social, and you will work with both traditional user support and local technical equipment. You will work in an environment where professional service is highly prioritized while developing your technical skills.
In this role, you will be employed by Wrknest and work as a consultant for the client.
Your Future Responsibilities
You will be part of the internal IT support team with a focus on daily user support. This means a varied job where you assist colleagues with both software and hardware-related issues.
Provide support in a Microsoft 365 environment
Manage cases in Entra ID/Active Directory
Troubleshoot and maintain PCs and iPhones
Be responsible for managing and supporting conference technology
Participate in installations and setups of IT equipment
Act as a technical contact person for users in the office
We are looking for someone who
Requirements:
Has at least a high school education, preferably with relevant post-secondary specialization
Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
Can express themselves fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
You also have good knowledge in:
Office 365
Entra ID/Active Directory
Hardware management of PCs and iPhones
Conference technology
You are someone who enjoys working closely with users, has a good sense of service, and likes to solve problems. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy time adapting to new systems and routines.
