What are my responsibilities?

As a project designer, you will plan, design, and manage multiple fiber projects simultaneously - both new establishments and relocations. You will prepare and establish cost estimates for upcoming projects, lead and distribute work in the field, and conduct financial follow-ups. You will ensure that projects are executed according to applicable guidelines and that the quality meets both Eltel's set goals and agreements with customers. This is a varied role with many different contact points where you are responsible for complex projects (SE20).

Examples of responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare projects.
• Material ordering.
• Cost and revenue calculations.
• Prepare work documentation for execution personnel.
• Control and follow-up of completed work.
• Represent Eltel and our customers at meetings such as coordination meetings.
• Be responsible for contact with authorities, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• A completed high school education or equivalent professional experience
• Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Driving license B
• Education/experience related to contract law and BAS U/P, AMA codes, TB texts
• Experience in similar tasks
• Experience in coordination

You enjoy many contacts, are good at building relationships, and find it easy to collaborate with different types of people. You are structured and flexible as you handle multiple projects simultaneously. You are quick-witted and can make independent decisions to drive work and projects towards set goals.

Additional information

• The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
