Job Advertisement: Customer Support and Sales
Upplands Energi was founded in 1918 and offers electricity sales and energy products to individuals and businesses throughout Uppland. The company's electricity network covers half of Uppsala as well as parts of Heby and Östhammar municipalities. Upplands Energi lives and operates in your vicinity and is passionate about the local community – we support associations and organizations with local Uppland community engagement. Upplands Energi has the most satisfied customers in Uppland by a wide margin.
About the Position
Are you a person who is passionate about helping customers? Do you have a natural sense for sales? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
In this role, you will have a varied job where you, together with wonderful colleagues, are the face of the company. The team's main task is to work with personal advice, upselling, administration, and support.
Within the team, service is provided both externally and internally via several different communication channels such as phone, email, web, and personal meetings. The team is responsible for a wide range of tasks within sales and administration, where it is important that you feel comfortable prioritizing, planning, and organizing your work to always deliver with high quality.
In this position, you have the opportunity to make a difference for the customer and the customer's overall experience of us as a company. At Upplands Energi, it is always our goal to put the customer in focus, which requires your ability to communicate in a trustworthy manner.
Qualifications
We see that you have a high school education and previous experience in customer and sales work. It is an extra merit if you have previously worked in the energy industry. We expect you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English and the ability to express yourself well both verbally and in writing. We consider good IT skills and an administrative mindset to be a given.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability as it is an important quality for success in this role.

Start Date and Application
The position is a full-time position and will be filled immediately after agreement. Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis.
