Take the challengeWe are looking for salespeople who want to meet our private customers at their homes to assist them in their choices of solar panels, batteries, and charging boxes. The job involves a lot of contact with people, requiring good communication skills and the ability to listen to the customer. Our customers are sometimes very knowledgeable about solar energy, and sometimes the area is completely new to them, so it is extremely important that you can adapt your communication so they understand and get answers to their questions.
To understand our customers as well as possible, we need different perspectives, which we gain from being diverse ourselves. We need older and younger, women and men, people with different backgrounds and different ethnicities. What all our salespeople have in common is the desire to succeed!
Who is our perfect matchTo fit in the role of our next top seller, we see that you have experience in building customer relationships, always putting the customer first. You are driven to work towards set goals, enjoy socializing, taking responsibility, and succeeding. With your high level of ambition, you have documented good sales results and thrive best in a fast-paced environment with your sales team.
We wish that you
- have experience in field sales or direct sales.
- have experience working with value-based sales.
- have experience working with budget responsibility.
- have experience in building customer relationships.
- have at least 3 years of sales experience.
- are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- have a B driver's license.
It is a plus if you also have
- experience in technical sales.
- experience from the solar energy industry.
- worked in CRM systems.
