The company provides a product range consisting of barcode scanners, handheld computers, POS systems, rugged tablets, displays, as well as label and receipt printers, among others. Jarltech is known for its premium distribution that promises fast and secure delivery, along with its excellent know-how regarding the products and ability for specific customizations.

The Nordic sales office is located in Uppsala, consists of six employees, and from here the work for all Nordic and Baltic countries is managed. The company shows good results, stands on a stable foundation, and is growing. Therefore, they now want to bring in an additional Operations Executive team member.

About the Role

In the role of Operations Executive, you will work closely with two colleagues in similar roles and report to the Operations Team Lead. You will work partly administratively but mainly it is an outward-facing role where you have multiple points of contact in the service and communicate with customers, suppliers, and the company's own salespeople daily. Primary working tools are email, phone, and Jarltech's custom-built system tailored for distribution.

You will, among other things:

  • Support the company's salespeople with administration regarding customer information, history, setting up new customers in the system, etc.
  • Receive incoming orders from ordering customers
  • Inform customers about order and delivery status
  • Report on delivery errors such as delays and damages to orders
  • Administer returns and complaints
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices, send payment reminders, create financial reports
  • Contact and coordinate with suppliers
  • Other administrative tasks
  • Last but not least: Take overall responsibility for the entire supply chain where sellers, suppliers, and especially customers are your stakeholders whom you provide premium service through good communication and strong relationship building

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma
  • Has 1-2 years of work experience from a position that combines customer interaction and administration
  • Has previous experience from a company with B2B sales
  • Has good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Has a good general familiarity with systems
  • Speaks and writes both Swedish and English fluently

Meritorious

  • Has previous experience from a sales role
  • Speaks another Nordic language

    Employment type: Permanent with a probationary period
    Start: As agreed considering notice period
    Scope: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM at the office
