Working at SENG (tasks and responsibilities)

As a store salesperson at SENG, you are an advisory seller through and through and guide the customer through the entire sales process, which you will receive training in.

The role involves a great deal of personal responsibility and you will play an important role in the team in the store.

You will daily follow SENG's sales methodology according to the latest updated sales training material. With the help of the store manager, you will also work daily to follow up on your own and the store's key figures.

You continuously strive to improve these.

Furthermore, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that the store, according to our concept, is always inspiring and sales-oriented.
• Staying updated on campaigns, product range, etc., with the help of your store manager.
• Giving your full attention to each customer and thereby ensuring good service.

Job scope:

The position is primarily located in Uppsala and work in various SENG stores may occur.

Scope: Part-time with possible scheduling during all days of the week and at least two out of three weekends rotating.

Working hours: 75%

Duration: Permanent

Employment type: Permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months

Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Trade
