We are now looking for a barception crew who gets our vibe - someone who knows how to make guests feel welcome, energized, and inspired. Comfort Hotel is basically the coolest budget hotel chain in the Nordics.

What you will do:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and genuine attitude, setting the tone for a great stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, bookings and inquiries, as well as sales from the deli and barception, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience.
• Assist guests with everything from local tips to insider recommendations, creating a connection beyond the ordinary.
• Ensure good energy in Barception and work closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort's relaxed, urban vibe.
• Work hours according to schedule with shifts from 07:00-15:00, 10:00-18:00, 15:00-23:00 including weekends, holidays, and summer.

You will succeed here if you are:

• Positive, easy to talk to, and thrive in a fast-paced urban environment.
• Excited to be part of a diverse team with colleagues from different backgrounds.
• A natural talent for creating connections and making guests feel like they belong.
• Quick-witted and adaptable to whatever the day brings - with a smile on your face.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but your personality and drive are the most important.

As a barception crew at Comfort Hotel, you need to be able to speak English and have basic knowledge of Swedish. Additional language skills may be an advantage.
