We are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager who wants to lead a whole team, create fantastic guest experiences, and help develop one of Sweden's most expansive fast-food concepts – ChopChop!

To succeed in this role, we see that you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably as a restaurant manager, store manager, or equivalent. You have worked in the restaurant or retail sector and are used to a fast-paced environment, customer focus, and working towards clear goals. This experience has given you the confidence to make quick decisions, motivate the team, and deliver at a high level – every day.

About the role

As a Restaurant Manager, you have overall responsibility for the entire restaurant's operations. You lead and inspire your team on a daily basis, create a positive work environment, and ensure that both guests and employees are met with energy, quality, and professionalism. With clear goals, structure, and strong leadership, you drive the restaurant forward – both operationally and strategically.

You have full responsibility for staff, results, work environment, service, and sales – with support from an engaged support team.

You have experience leading teams – preferably in restaurants or service – and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, make decisions, and drive results. You are structured, solution-oriented, and motivated by clear goals. Service is in your DNA, and you have a keen eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture.
