At Restaurant Bryggvingen, we are looking for serving staff for the summer of 2026.
We are a fish and seafood restaurant located on the island of Lyr in southwestern Orust.
We are known for our fantastic location and our fresh ingredients, which we serve alongside the fish we catch largely ourselves with our own fishing boat LL97 ZENITH.
Fresh ingredients, self-caught fish & Bohuslän's most beautiful sea view.
We offer a seasonal employment contract for June, July, and August.
The restaurant is open 6 days a week during the peak season, and we promise a fast-paced environment inside the restaurant.
The person we are looking for -
You should have previous experience working in a restaurant, have an interest and commitment to the operations we conduct, be service-oriented, stress-resistant, possess good communication skills, and be proficient in Swedish or English.
You should be able to work independently, collaborate, and be flexible in your approach, be outgoing and positive. Personal suitability is highly valued.
We offer accommodation for those who cannot commute.
