The Hematology Department is a small, pleasant unit with around 25 employees, and we are looking for a nursing assistant. We have moved the department to new, bright premises on the third floor where we have the best conditions to care for our hematological patients. In our workplace, we value collaboration and professional development. All to provide the best possible care for the patient but also to create a good working environment for those of us working in the department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the department, you will work with nursing and be part of a work team with nurses and nursing assistants, but you will also work quite independently. The department has eleven care places focused on hematology. Patients are cared for in single rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and meets the requirements of the National Board of Health and Welfare for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you have studied according to previous or current program structures. If you have studied under the previous program structure, we prefer that it is with a focus on emergency care/healthcare. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language both in speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have worked as a nursing assistant in a hospital and/or have experience in hematological care.

As a person, you have a strong commitment to the patient and an interest in our area of operation. You have a positive attitude and contribute to creating a pleasant workplace.
