We are now looking for a committed, flexible, and secure administrator for Bäckebol's care and nursing home.

In this role, you will be a close and active support to the two managers of the units. It is a challenging and fun position where you need to be able to collaborate and respond to the managers' different needs. Part of your assignment is to create good conditions for the managers to plan and manage the operations, where you will have a lot of contact with staff, relatives, and others who come into contact with the residence.

The work includes scheduling, daily staff recruitment, and administrative tasks that are adapted to the needs of the different departments and employees. You will have a lot of contact with employees and assist them with their questions regarding the operations. A large part of the tasks involves working in operational systems such as Personec, Time Care, Treserva, Multi Access, and making orders in Proceedo. In your role, you will have varied tasks, and one day is rarely like another.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed high school education
• Work experience from similar administrative work
• Work experience in scheduling, short-term recruitment, and case management systems
• Work experience with various IT systems and can easily familiarize yourself with new ones
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience in care and nursing work
• Knowledge of TimeCare, Treserva, and Personec
