About the role of Transport and Logistics Administrator

As a transport and logistics administrator with our client in Västerås, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time. You will work alongside other specialists in transport and logistics, managing multiple orders to different destinations simultaneously.

Your responsibilities include:

• Transport planning and coordination of multiple deliveries at the same time.
• Ensuring efficient transport processes and delivery accuracy.
• Daily improvement work within logistics and transport.
• Management of SAP Transportation Management and other logistics systems.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in transport planning and logistics administration. You are accustomed to handling multiple parallel tasks and thrive in a role where you continuously work on improvement processes.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Experience in similar tasks
• Experience working with continuous improvement processes.
• Experience with SAP Transportation Management or equivalent systems.
• Experience in S4/Hana and WMS systems is a plus
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
