About the position

As a Service Advisor, you will play a central role in the customers' experience of their service. You will be the link between the customer and the workshop, and your task will be to ensure that each customer receives professional and personal service. Your main responsibilities include scheduling services and repairs, receiving customers, advising on service actions, and handling invoicing and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Driving license B manual

• Experience with phone and computer as working tools, MS Office

• Good knowledge of Kobra, Automaster, WinAssist, Elsa, or equivalent systems.

• Experience in the role of Service Advisor or similar work

• Knowledge of CABAS, spare parts, or warranty handling is an advantage.
