The Psychiatric Clinic Motala Mjölby consists of outpatient clinics and addiction clinics located in Motala and Mjölby, as well as an inpatient ward and a mobile care team based in Motala.

The clinic serves western Östergötland and has been part of the Psychiatric Center since 2020.

Job Description

As a healthcare administrator with us, you will be part of the administrative unit in Motala, which consists of seven healthcare administrators. In Mjölby, four healthcare administrators work, and we collaborate and cooperate with each other between the locations.

You will work in one of our outpatient teams as well as in inpatient care. As a healthcare administrator in outpatient care, you will work with journal documentation, document treatment conferences and referral groups, manage waiting lists, and have booking responsibilities, among other tasks. As a healthcare administrator in inpatient care, you will work with journal documentation within compulsory care according to LPT and voluntary care according to HSL.

There is the possibility of additional responsibilities such as working in Tessa, Unit4, and scheduling.

About You

You are a trained healthcare administrator. We are looking for someone who is structured and flexible. You are good at collaborating and communicating. You see opportunities instead of obstacles and adapt easily to changing circumstances. Of course, you have a sense of order and recognize the importance of good planning and documentation. Personal qualities will be given great importance.
