With us at home care Hamnen, you will be part of a warm and dedicated team consisting of nursing assistants, nurses, and rehabilitation staff who work to provide security, joy, and care in everyday life. We are looking for nursing assistants for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main job responsibilities are to:

• Provide personal care to citizens in ordinary housing.
• Encourage activity and social community.
• Document according to our routines.
• Act in the role of Fixed Care Contact and write implementation plans together with the citizen.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who has a nursing assistant education with a professional certificate.
• Who can take delegations for both simpler and more advanced HSL assignments.
• Has experience with documentation and can communicate fluently in spoken and written Swedish.
• Has a genuine interest in people, service, and care.
• Is responsible, flexible, and attentive.
• Can work both independently and in a team.
• Can cycle (requirement).
• Has a B driver's license (meritorious, but not always a requirement depending on the area).
