About the role

As a service technician at Nordic LEVEL, you will be an important part of the company's service team and be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and service of security systems such as intrusion alarms, fire alarms, access control systems, and CCTV. You will work independently with complex installations, troubleshooting, and technical support – both on-site and remotely.

You will be a key person ensuring that customers' systems function optimally, always with high quality and a solution-oriented approach. The role involves a lot of customer contact where you act as both a technical expert and advisor.

Examples of tasks:

• Install, configure, and commission security systems at customer sites

• Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Ensure that installations comply with applicable safety standards

• Provide technical advice and support to customers

• Document and report completed work

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvements

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with solid experience in security technology and a strong technical understanding. You thrive in a varied role where you can combine technology with customer contact and problem-solving.

Our requirements:

• Technical education in electronics, IT, or security systems

• At least 5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of systems such as CCTV, access control systems, intrusion alarms, or fire alarms

• Good understanding of IP-based systems and network technology

• B driver's license and very good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Certifications in security systems are a plus

As a person, you are self-driven, service-oriented, and meticulous in your work. You are a reliable representative of the company at customer sites and thrive in a team with high competence and strong community.

Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period

Start: According to agreement considering notice period

Extent: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7-16.
