Make a difference. Every day.

Are you engaged, innovative, and want to be part of the development of our operations? We offer an exciting and varied job where you can develop in your role at the evening and weekend clinic.

Our clinic is located on the hospital grounds in close proximity to the emergency department in Ystad. Here at the evening and weekend clinic, we assess and treat patients at the primary care level where care cannot wait until the next weekday. We have the mission to meet citizens' needs for urgent unplanned primary care during evenings and weekends. High medical quality, continuity, high availability, and patient safety are our focus, and we always put the patient's best interests at the center. From April 1, 2025, we will belong to the new administration Close Care and Health.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a nursing assistant with us, you will work with standard tasks at a clinic. This includes restocking and keeping order in the clinic and examination rooms. As a nursing assistant with us, you play an important role in the team where you work for good teamwork and community but also a cohesive function for our patients. You will also have working hours outside of opening hours where you are expected to work on improving and developing the clinic together with your colleagues and manager. We are keen to utilize your skills, and you will also have the opportunity for other tasks based on your interests.

When you start with us, you will receive an introduction tailored to your experiences so that you can integrate into the operations in a good way. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends, with opening hours during evenings and weekends.

The employment rate is not necessarily 100% and can be part-time if desired.
