Ljungfälleskolan is looking for a teacher qualified to work in grades 4-6. You will work in a team-teaching environment where you share responsibility for a grade. Together, you will shape teaching that maintains high quality and engages and motivates students.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing teaching, monitoring students' knowledge development, and actively contributing to collaborative work. In your daily routine, you will alternate between whole-class instruction, smaller group interventions, and individual support for students. You will closely collaborate with guardians regarding the student's knowledge development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree/teaching certification to teach in grades 4-6. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and your ability to responsibly manage classroom instruction and create an accessible learning environment for your students.

You are skilled at adapting teaching and creating good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You enjoy taking responsibility and working with colleagues to find solutions for the best interest of the student. You constantly want to develop your teaching to achieve high goal fulfillment for your students.

You have a conscious thought about your role as an educator and are a clear leader who works systematically based on applicable governing documents and a professional approach. You have the ability to create a good working climate with engagement, curiosity, and safety in the group, and you see and meet students' different needs based on their various circumstances.

You stimulate all students to develop, document their results, and inform students and guardians effectively about how learning is progressing. You also have a positive attitude, a flexible working style, good collaboration skills, and contribute to the development of the organization. You are a person who fits well with competent colleagues who enjoy their work!

For a permanent position as a teacher, a teaching certification with authorization to teach in the relevant subjects and grades is required.
