Increased learning - equity - meeting places; three important core values that permeate all work in the schools of Nässjö municipality, a medium-sized municipality with about 30,000 inhabitants in the Småland highlands. To realize this, the municipal council has adopted a strategic and long-term development plan for preschool and school in Nässjö municipality.

Within the Department of Education and Child Care, we consciously and purposefully work to provide every child and student with the tools needed to seek knowledge in life. The goal is for every child and student to develop according to their conditions and feel joy and pride in their achievements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a teacher, you will work with planning, teaching, evaluation, and value-based work according to the curriculum. You will collaborate with various professionals in the school to support students' learning. You will be part of a work team where you systematically work together to develop the school. Based on the established goals, you will strive to ensure that students have the best possible development, both academically and socially, and actively influence and stimulate students to achieve the goals. The position is for a qualified teacher for preschool class, and you will work in a team with another qualified F-3 teacher and teaching assistants. The position and work in the preschool class are valid until summer, with a great possibility of extension.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications for grades F-3. Previous experience as a teacher is an advantage.

You are skilled at recognizing students' needs and adapting your approach, response, and working methods to create the best conditions for each student.

Your mission involves leading all your students to the best possible knowledge development with clarity, warmth, and a positive view of students, as well as contributing to good communication with colleagues, students, and guardians. It is important that you have good collaboration skills.

Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in such a way that you can communicate with students and other staff and document what the operation requires in writing. You have good computer skills.
