Do you want to make a real difference in students' development and learning? We are now looking for a licensed teacher for MA/NO grades 4-6.

Mölleskolan has about 200 students in grades F-6. The school has a co-teaching system, and teachers work closely with the special education teacher.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a classroom teacher, you will work closely with students, both individually, in smaller groups, and in the classroom. You prioritize close collaboration with teaching colleagues, the student health team, and guardians to create the best possible conditions for learning. The position is focused on grades 4-6 with a particular emphasis on MA/NO. Since we work in co-teaching, you will plan the teaching in all subjects together with your closest colleague.

Your responsibilities will include:

• teaching and grading at the middle school level
• collaborating with colleagues and the student health team
• contributing to the school's development work
• documenting and following up on teaching according to current routines
• maintaining close contact with students and guardians

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license for middle school MA/NO.

We also prefer that you have:

• experience working with pedagogical documentation and digital tools.
• experience analyzing results and developing actions and plans based on that.
• experience working with accessible teaching and compensatory aids.
• good knowledge of working and building relationships with students with NPF.
• high expectations for your students.
• a relational and formative working approach.
• the ability to be positive, curious, innovative, and think outside the box.
