Your Responsibilities

In the support functions, the main tasks consist of creating good conditions for their business to be managed effectively and achieving the best possible customer service.

You will ensure that financial settlements with customers and suppliers are carried out according to agreements, provide support to internal and external customers, and ensure the correct handling of financial transactions while taking responsibility for meeting customer needs both in the short and long term, with a sustainable perspective.

To fit this role, you need to be flexible and able to adapt to changes. The support functions include customer, logistics, business, and financial support, and depending on where the greatest need for resources is, as well as which role suits you best, your position may change over time.

You will work closely with other colleagues in customer service and also maintain close contact with other employees in the company. Communication and collaboration are important parts of your work, and in this role, you need to understand and see the entire flow in the value chain to achieve the best results together.

You will be an important part of the implementation and system change that our client is facing. Initially, it will be crucial for you to quickly familiarize yourself with their business to take on and quality assure the data that needs to be transferred from the old system to the new one.

Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00, and the location is Timrå.

You will be employed by Clockwork and work as a consultant at our client in Timrå. The assignment is expected to start immediately and will last for at least 12 months. If it feels right for all parties, there are very good opportunities to be hired by our client.

Your Profile

Qualifications

• High school education
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business administration
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and strong Excel skills
• Good system understanding
• Ability to analyze complex situations and see the big picture
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Swedish and English

It is a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of the recycling industry
• Business-related education from a vocational school or university
• Experience with system changes
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
