Team Leader at Verisure in Sundsvall

About the Role

As a Team Leader at Verisure in Sundsvall, you will have a central and varied role where you lead, support, and coach your sales team on a daily basis. Most of your workday will be spent in the field with the salespeople, where you will be a support and an inspiring force.

The role also involves:

• Your own sales alongside driving the team's daily results.
• Developing work methods and contributing to a strong sales culture.
• Setting a clear stamp on the team's work environment and community.

About You

To succeed as a Team Leader, we believe you:

• Have experience in sales.
• Have previous experience in leading, coaching, or inspiring others.
• Have a strong drive and commitment.
• Are results-oriented and motivated by seeing both yourself and others succeed.
• Have the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Thrive in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented sales experience.
• Has experience in leadership or team management.
• Has a B driver's license.
• Is free from remarks in UC and the criminal record.
• Can work Monday–Thursday 11:30–20:30 and Friday 10:00–19:00.
