This position reports to: Sales Manager.
We are now looking for a driven business developer, Sales Specialist who can take the initiative and responsibility to develop and grow our low voltage offering in Västernorrland. The preferred location is in Sundsvall or Örnsköldsvik at one of our offices.
To succeed in this position, experience in the electrical or power industry is required. In this role, you will build and develop long-term customer relationships, manage solutions based on specific customer needs, and identify and drive new business and sales opportunities in the market.
You will be part of an engaged sales team with extensive experience in this business and collaborate closely with your colleagues across Sweden within Low Voltage System.

Role and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities with new customers.
- Prepare customer activities using internal sales tools and follow the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with the team to create added value in the offering and marketing activities.

Your Background
- Experience in sales within electrical/power or have worked in the power industry in a technical or related role and now want to take the next step into a sales position.
- As a person, you are business-driven and persistent, with the ability to independently identify new business opportunities. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating closely with your colleagues to close deals.
- You are results-oriented, solution-focused, and structured, and you are described by others as reliable, humble, and professional in your customer relationships.
- Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is required.
- Driving license B is required.
