Job Description 💻We are now looking for customer service advisors for SEB 24|7 in Sundsvall. The position will be filled continuously, with the next start date on March 10th.

The job involves receiving incoming phone calls regarding various types of banking matters where you will assist customers digitally via phone. The position will begin with an extensive training plan that includes both theoretical and practical elements to provide the best conditions for success in the role.

The position is full-time and requires that you can work days, evenings, and weekends, with the possibility to request your schedule.

Who are you?We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and wants to provide each customer with a positive experience of SEB. Your surroundings would describe you as energizing, cooperative, and engaged. You have a knack for learning new things, are good at problem-solving, and are curious about digital development. You also have a strong interest in banking and finance and see the position at SEB as a long-term opportunity.

To be considered for the role, we see that you have:

- Experience in service, preferably from customer service via phone or similar work
- Good telephone and computer skills
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Secondary education with a college preparatory diploma
- Genuine interest in banking/finance

Preferred qualifications include:

- Relevant university education in economics
